Testimony

At a young age I realized Jesus loved me and that I needed Him.  My parents explained to me that in order to spend eternity with Christ, I needed to believe he died for my sins.  So I chose to believe it and have been trying to plumb the depths of that reality ever since.

Call

While in Chicago we spent copious amounts of time sitting on our food-stained sectional with some of our closest friends talking about life, faith and our struggles with both.  Retrospectively, we realize the profound impact that’s had on our lives and want to share that experience with others.  Thank you Ricky, Todd, John, Dave, Lindsay, Robby, Cory and Seth for eating our food, dirtying our dishes and struggling through life together with us.

Family

My best friend is my wife, Stephanie, who married me in 2003.  She challenges, encourages, teaches and teases me like no one else can.  She is the person I most respect, trust and look forward to seeing.  We love playing games, going on walks and spending time with our daughter.

Education

  • Bachelors, Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL
  • Master of Divinity, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton, MA

Hobbies

Hanging out with Stephanie, playing with our daughter, running, listening to music, working in the yard
